Corrections Policy

I want the facts on this site to be right. If something is wrong, tell me and I will fix it.

How to report a mistake

Email sidvira91@gmail.com, or message me on LinkedIn. Include the page and the sentence, and if you can, the source that shows what is correct.

What I treat as a mistake

  • A wrong date, name, number, version or quote.
  • A claim presented as fact that the source does not support.
  • Something that was true when written but has since changed.

What is not a mistake

A review, an opinion or a theory. If I watched a series and thought it was weaker than people say, that is a view, not an error. If my reading of an anime ending differs from yours, that is the point of writing about it. Those stay as they are, and the comments and my inbox are open if you want to argue the case.

How a correction is made

For a small factual fix I change the sentence and note at the bottom that the post was updated, with the date. For something significant I say plainly what was wrong and what it now says. Nothing is quietly rewritten to look as though it was always right.

How quickly

I aim to fix clear factual errors within a few working days of being told.
