Comments are welcome. This is a personal blog, so the rules are short and I apply them myself.
You need an account
Anyone can read. To comment you need to be logged in, which keeps the spam out and keeps the threads worth reading.
What is fine
- Disagreeing with a post, firmly.
- Correcting a fact, with a source.
- Adding something you know that I did not.
What gets removed
- Spam, and comments that exist only to drop a link.
- Abuse, threats or anything aimed at a person rather than an argument.
- Anything unlawful, or any personal information about someone else.
Moderation
First-time comments are held for approval. I read everything and I do not edit what you wrote; I either approve it or leave it unpublished.
Your data
The name and email on your account are stored by WordPress. How that is handled is on the privacy policy.
